Products
The products displayed (images or videos) in our website are as reference only. The color, or other such minor specifications may vary in practice.
Payment
Before delivery of the products, you must give 100% payment by cash or bank. We do not provide credit or installment facility.
Delivery
If the product is in stock, we generally take 5 to 7 days for delivery inside Dhaka city area. For outside Dhaka, the delivery time may take some more days, but not more than 15 days.
For imported products (that which is not in stock) may take up to 60 to 90 days for delivery.
Installation and after sale services
Installation: In Dhaka city, we provide free installation. For outside Dhaka, we charge 2000 taka for TA/DA of our technicians.
After Sale Services: We provide 1 year free after sale service warranty with all of our products. After one year, you may come to an agreement with us, if you want to continue services with us.
Return
You can return our products within 7 days of delivery. The cause of return should not be change of mind. If our products be faulty only, the return is acceptable.
Refund
After your returned product is accepted, you can apply for refund. The transport cost, the rental charge (if you use the product) or other fee may be applicable and deductible from total amount.
